Hello Pablo,
this type of belt can be fixed by two screws directly in the accordion, there are also metal covers that can be fixed between the screws and the belt, but we have not yet referenced them on our site.

I'm trying to understand your length measures. My Hohner Corso's original strap is about 39 cm long. The height of my accordion is approximately 31cm. If the maximum total length of your strap is 34cm, I'm afraid it will not be long enough. How are your lengths of 28-34cm measured?

In this case, you can take a simple leather accordion strap, with if desired a mechanism to add to set a belt adjustment.

Yes it should work on your hohner, for screws, no problem. The only thing that can happen is to have to add feet higher because this suspenders is thicker and more padded than the original suspenders.
