Accordion Warranty Terms

In addition to the statutory warranty against the consequences of defects or hidden flaws—which the accordion buyer is entitled to under the conditions set forth in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code and which applies in all cases—La Malle Aux Accordéons grants the buyer a CONTRACTUAL WARRANTY subject to the following conditions and limits:

The instrument warranty is granted for a period specified at the time of sale (generally between 1 and 5 years for new models, with the exception of any electronic systems, microphones, amplification, or MIDI components, which are warranted for a period of three months from the date of delivery).

It covers all manufacturing defects, excluding damage caused by:

- normal wear and tear

- misuse

- exposure of the accordion to humidity, high heat, or a saline environment

- drops and impacts

- intervention by a person not authorized by La Malle Aux Accordéons.

EXCLUSIONS:

The following are excluded from the warranty:

- tuning and replacement of reeds music.

- bellows and straps.

Claims under the warranty and after-sales service must be made to the Brand or, depending on the case, directly to La Malle aux accordéons, 5 rue Frédéric Peyson, 34000 Montpellier.

The contractual warranty applies only to the original purchaser or, failing that, to their heirs or universal successors. It terminates upon resale.
