The notes are arranged as follows:
The A of the tuning fork (440Hz) corresponds to octave n°4, as in the international A4 notation.

The notes of octave n°4 therefore go from C4 (261Hz) located under A4 (440Hz), to B4 (493Hz).
The next octave is from C5 to B5
then the octave above goes from C6 to B6
then the octave above goes from C7 to B7
then the octave above goes from C8 to C#8, the highest note available on an accordion.

These notes therefore range from C3 (the lowest right hand note on the bassoon voice of a concert accordion) to C#8 (the highest note available on accordions with a piccolo and having a maximum range).
